The legal basis for their processing for the purpose of direct marketing (which encompasses above all giving information regarding current offers, new services, prize games, and eventual other E-news about the Špik Camping) is your informed consent.

The informed consent is given completely freely and is not conditional upon any Špik Camping service. From the above-given personal data HIT LARIX d.d. processes for marketing processes and stores your name, surname, and E-mail address only, exclusively until the permanent termination of direct marketing implementation or until receipt of the revocation of the individual agreement.  Upon expiry of the indicated storage time period, HIT LARIX d.d. ceases the processing of the mentioned personal data and destroys them or deletes them permanently, if there is no other legitimate legal basis for the processing thereof.

You have the right to request at any time from HIT LARIX d.d. access to the personal data that are being processed in relation to you, as well as the correction, deletion, and transfer thereof to another controller or request a processing restriction, when the conditions set by the applicable legislation are satisfied  for the afore-mentioned. If you do not receive an answer to your request within 1 month or your request is rejected, you can file a complaint, which is subject to the Information Commissioner for settlement.

Cancellation may be obtained through a request sent to info@camp-spik.si, by following the connection LOGOUT in each E-mail you receive or any other way defined in the HIT LARIX d.d. Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.camp-spik.com/en/data-protection-policy/, without any influence on the legality of data processing, which had been taking place until its revocation.
